The manager Jimmy was straightforward and honest in everything. They were very professional with quality work. I highly recommend doing business with them."

"Work was not done right the first time... or the second or third. It took calling another location in order for them to get it right. Fourth time is the charm I guess. There is no follow up when you call to let them know about your issues or get you warranty work done. The out going voicemail does not say they will call you back, because they don't. The guy running the shop will joke with you verses apologize. He makes it sound like he is doing you a favor by doing the work. They had my car over a month with all of the times I took the car back. I only returned because I could not take warranty work less than 40 miles away. Stay away from this location."

"If I could put NO stars I would. I took my car in for a bad starter (to be repaired under a warranty) the evening of Thursday December 7th. The warranty claim was not made until Monday, December 11th (So it sat for some days with no actions done) and was promised to be done by Friday the 15th, only because I came into the shop to ask about my car. No communication was made until I made The Visit. And it got them to jump up and call in the claim. I come in today, Friday the 15th expecting my car to be done and they tell me that the wrong part came in and I have to wait yet another day maybe longer. I cannot afford to be without my car because I don't have a second car, I've been missing work and have been going through pure hell this whole time. Something that should take two or three days should not have to take over a week! DO NOT bring your car to this facility! I highly recommend against it!"

"On April 27, 2023 my red Nissan Murano truck was towed to Mererville AAMCO for alternator repair with a new battery replacement. Luckily, my truck was still under warranty for the alternator. I was told I only needed to pay for a new battery out of pocket. Unfortunately, Mr Jimmy Jones, the Manager , was rude, condescending and unprofessional. He wanted to charge me $290 for a new battery with $104 to put it up. He was super upset that I went to the car dealership to buy the battery and have my husband replaced it. The battery from the dealer only cost me $165. Mr Jones had the nerve to tell my husband that the new battery had no juice in it. In addition, Mr Jones tampered my truck , which could have gotten me in my family injured or killed. There’s a large cover under my car engine that is supposed to be held with 8-10 screws, Mr Jones had his mechanic placed only 4 screws in. The next day , while I was driving my truck, I heard a dragging loud noise. That’s when my husband got out of the truck and saw the cover dragging underneath the truck. How petty is this? Just because I did not allow you to make money off of me?What if this large cover had hit another car and caused a major accident? It is wrong how this manager acted. He made me feel as if I have no rights as a client. He placed me and my family in danger . I hope to take this to the highest authorities to prevent another person from being a victim."
