"I've owned automotive vehicles of various kinds for over a half century. Needless to say, I've had numerous experiences with lots of repair shops. I visited this shop to see about repairing a door that wouldn't open. Not only was the estimate lower than all the others I got, but Matt himself started working on it right away. He fixed it in MUCH less time than I thought was possible, and for the first time in my life, I was shocked at how little the bill was. I realize that using lots of superlatives makes one think that the review is being done by a shill, but I can't say enough good things about this place. My wife had gone here a few years ago, and I'm glad I came when I needed work done. I totally recommend this place without ANY reservation."

"I went to the shop for an estimate on some damage to my car. When I first pulled infront of the shop two men were standing outside talking. One of the men answered a cell phone call and the other walked away as I approached the entrance. I went into the shop and no one was there to greet me or ask if I needed help. I walked back outside and I asked the man who answered the cell phone call, for help. He signaled me to wait with his hand until his call was finished. Then he looked at the car and told me he wouldn't give me an estimate because he was leaving for vacation. I thought he was joking so I asked a second time. Again he said he was leaving for vacation and he couldnt give me an estimate. Then he told me good luck and walked away. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. The customer service is very poor and rude."

"Called Matts about an issue with my trunk, it would not close and was a huge issue flying up and down and I had no idea what to do. After a few questions I was told to come by to check it out. I was helped and fixed right away!!! This was a huge weight taken off during a horrible day I was having dealing with this. Thank you again Matt's!"
