"Usually get decent service with a smile at the window you pick up food from. The person taking money could be nicer. My food is usually hot and tastes good, and if they ever mess up my order (which happens a lot unfortunately) they are always very nice about fixing it compared to other places in town. Prices have gone up quite a bit, but so has everything else."
"This is the slowest fast food restaurant in Indiana, and you have to check your food bag before you leave the parking lot. They get our order wrong 80% of the time. The 2 drive-thru lanes have no order, so someone who pulls in after you may still end up in front of you. Best restaurant to go to if you like to live in chaos."
"I usually use the app where there are tons of great discounts! So I placed my order online in the app and all I have to do is choose if I want to do curbside, go through the drive-thru, or come in and pick it up at the counter. The app card only payment but if you come into the store and use the kiosk then you can choose to pay at the counter. Truly not the best location on the planet but they're not as bad as some places I've seen. Scottsburg store is not dirty as many are, they upkeep the play area, and the food is good usually. Unless they give you chicken nuggets from hours ago"
"Really great and easy experience. I used the in store kiosk and my mobile code. Super easy to order and customize, pay. The staff was nice. The place was clean. I'm not from Scottsburg but was visiting family in the area. My own area of Greensburg could really take pointers and experience from this location! Absolutely a big difference!"
"I love Big Mac and Chicken McNuggets, because it is the #1 Fast-food chain of all time like Former President Donald Trump. At Rubbie's Southside Bar and Grill in Louisville, KY, they have the same burger as your guys' burger, but it is very close; it is called "Double Decker Rubbie Burger." Your and Rubbie's burger have 3 buns (1 top and 2 bottom), different ingredients, and of course they are messy. The owner of Rubbie's said, "Hopefully much better than a Big Mac. LOL!" They have 3 buns, but little bit different, so there is a difference between Big Mac and Double Decker Rubbie Burger. I liker Big Mac better than their burger, because I eat it like Donald Trump."
