"The old-timer working there said he can handle a hill repair inside of my boat over the phone, when I show up he looks at a massage he can't even touch him and it can't be done with more of an emphasis on that he doesn't want to do them. I was recommended his store by a reputable boot store in the region for a repair shop, unfortunately it was an unfriendly and unprofessional recommendation."

"A very nice gentleman (the owner, I assume) waited on me, and was very knowledgeable. He did a great job repairing my boots. The price was reasonable, and the work was good. However, you had better be good at parallel parking because that seems to be all the parking there is. I had to go way out of my way to get there. So I can tell you, don't trust your GPS too much."

"Brought a pair of heals in on a Tuesday i asked if he could get them done by Thurs. He said yes. I ended up coming back on Friday. His store is a mess. Literally took him 10 minutes to even find the shoes. Then he said he forgot to do them. He said he could finish them off in a hour but i had no time. Still he is a very nice guy and perhaps the work would be good. But flat out forgetting my shoes is unacceptable."
