"Had my machine there 8-10 times in the last 8 months to get the same problem fixed. Got the machine back every time and no sooner then i would take it off the trailer it would have the same problem with same check engine lights. Now they refuse to take the machine and make it right. Some stuff they replaced was covered under warranty other parts I had to pay none of with fixed the machine. I guess it’s time to get a lawyer involved with everybody. They tell me to take the machine else where even tho there a “Polaris” dealer and a “torque warranty group” dealer……."

"GREAT PEOPLE! To those who point out they take awhile or there parts cost alittle more. YEA it's more of a mom and pop spot who's acknowledged as a dealership. As far as street bikes go if you want one bro drive to the biggest city dealer you can find and buy it best price possible when it comes to fixing it get your cut dirty or find that mom and pop. BECOUSE MOM N POP ALWAYS MADE SURE YOU WAS TAKEN CARE OF!!!! BIG DEALERS YUP IN AND OUT CHEAPER PARTS BUT (ODDS R) HIGHER LABOR COST. IN any event unless you know them they don't know you get your work order number on the way out for that warranty amd hope they fixed your problem. YOUR HAPPY IT WAS FAST THERE HAPPY IT WAS FAST!!! I understand when you wanna ride you wanna ride now today yesterday everyday. BUT as someone who's seen all lower 48 on 2s my belief is I can wait for right if it means my life! Let the little mom and pop spots take care of her.... It is not about where you are going the destination is meaningless it's about who you were going with it doesn't matter how long it takes It's about enjoying that ride with your brothers or just yourself!"

"To place into words the amazing kindness, patience, and amazing customer service these guys have is just not fathomable. Our truck broke down ( busted brake line) and being from northern Illinois (6 hour drive) they did everything they could to try and help us fix it! When nothing prevailed, they called in some mechanics who came in a jiffy to see what they could do!!! WOW! They made us feel like we had known them all our lives, when we had only met just that day!!!! Thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts for helping with everything you guys are amazing!!!!!"
