"If I could give NO STARS I WOULD!!!! I purchased a Smok Novo 2 from this store not even a week ago. It doesn’t get hot enough to even heat up the juice and won’t hold a charge at all!! It burns through pods in a day and has gotten worse and worse every day. I called EVERY DAY since I bought it and the manager wasn’t “available” so I finally had time after work to run by there today and surprise!! The manager wasn’t there! The young man working called him and the manager said “we only give one day to bring it back. You can only bring it back the day you buy it. Now how the hell are we supposed to know that it won’t hold a charge and doesn’t get hot enough the same day when I bought the thing at 8 o’clock at night?!?! The vape stores on North Hills are a bit more expensive, but they at least stand by their products!!! Never again will I spend a DINE in that store!!"
