"They are a small "Mom & Pop" chain, with 2 stores in Decatur and one in Madison. They are very nice people that will work with you if you are a regular customer that only smokes a specific brand. They will do their best to anticipate your needs and move your brand to whichever store you usually purchase from, if there comes a time that they have run out and they know you'll be in to pick up a carton. We've never had a problem with the service as the people they hire are both very friendly and truly don't mind answering questions."
