"Let me start this review with saying I would like to personally thank the owner for putting such a Cornerstone in the community your establishment was so much needed in the park manor community I love coming into the shop and I'm always greeted by a friendly hello and a warm smell also the ambience in here is amazing and just in case you're a first-timer and don't really know what it is you want which is most of us the staff is well knowledgeable in letting you know what everything entails even if you have allergies I always make sure that I get the tuna sandwich and I love that they have homemade cookies and you kind of never want to leave I just love the vibe and I pray that this establishment stays around for years to come you got my support and my vote I love supporting black businesses I'm going to come visit you guys pretty soon I'm getting hungry writing this review so if you guys are ever in the Park Manor Community make sure you guys stop in to this Mabe's and order everything on the menu don't forget to.order me a peanut butter smoothie hey don't take my word from it come in and try for yourself you definitely and your stomach is going to thank you , I love the healthy selections as well that they carry check it out This place deserves 10 stars **********"
"I’ve had the chickpea salad sandwich and the salmon salad here. Both were 10/10! The flavor in the chickpea salad was really nice and the crunch of the lettuce, onion and tomato complimented the tang nicely. The salmon salad dressing was one of the best I’ve had! Service was quick and nice. Really nice vegetarian options."
