"We are selling our house and I had this company complete the list of repairs on from the home inspection. I can honestly say I have not experienced the amount of professionalism provided when dealing with contractors before. Mike provided first rate service from the moment we had contact. I asked for a quote and he showed up on time to provide it. He then followed up with an email of the quote (within 2 hours!) and once I accepted the quote and we decided on a date/time, he showed up ON TIME with ALL tools/materials to do the work. He even came back a second day to install a new fan (that I purchased) because one of the fans that was to be balanced proved problematic. I was thoroughly impressed by this company. Everything was cleaned up when the work was complete and a PAID IN FULL invoice was sent via email. Complete professionalism. Mike will definitely be my first call when I need work done. "Summary: if you want a company that is reliable and handles every job in your home like it’s their home Devikon is the construction company for you. Detail: I do most the jobs that need to be done around the house because I have a huge distrust of construction companies/contractors ability to do the work with the quality that I expect. I recently have had several jobs that required an engineer and a skilled construction crew so I was forced to search for a construction company. I interview and checked the work of a handful of construction companies and found Devikon stood out as the most professional would provided the highest quality of craftsmanship of the bunch. I signed up with devikon to take out a load bearing wall and install and I-Beam to create an “open concept” feel. Devikon did an amazing job so I asked Devikon to rebuild the kitchen, remove an old powder room, expand and replace the slider doors to the back deck, remove all flooring and baseboards and replace with hardwood throughout the house. They have painted the the baseboards and replaced the staircase with beautiful newels, balusters and handrails all of the work was as good or better than anything I could have done. I have had Devikon come back and do things the I would normally have done myself. Knowing that Devikon will complete the job as well or better than me makes it an easy call."
