"The worst place to deliver a load. It took them 5 hrs to unload 7 pallets and $100 cash which was very weird so I had to go to a Pilot, got the cash and came back, gave it to the lady at the front desk who refused to give me a receipt and waited to get me unloaded. By the time, I was unloaded, it was 5 pm and missed my pick up."
"In all my years of driving not a single location fails to inform you of when they are done unloading you. That is such an important step in unloading a truck. It’s a simple step of communication that helps everyone. We don’t know when you’re done. It is up to whoever is unloading us to let us know. I got suspicious when I didn’t feel any movement in my trailer for over an hour. I just assumed they were inside finishing up paperwork or something. I eventually went inside to see if they were done. And they were. For a long while….. :/ Ugh. Now I’m late to my next load."
"If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!! I delivered in Montgomery this morning, 12 pallets u loaded in 30 mins. Unloaded here in Theodore, 8 pallets in 2 1/2 hrs. Guy in the office is clueless. This place does NOT tell drivers when they are finished. I had to cause a scene to get anyone to talk to me. Girl upstairs kept transferring me to a answering machine, and then just hung up twice instead of transferring. This place is pathetic when it comes to dealing with truck drivers!! I hope I never have to come back here!!"
