"My Dr. Sarah Anderson has sent two referrals over to Holistic Health. First was sent in Oct. The next was sent in Nov. I went to Holistic Health in Nov. AfterDr. Sarah Anderson sent another referral, and I talked to them in person about setting up an appointment. I have yet to hear from Holistic Health about an appointment and gave them all my information. I guess they don't need the business. Time to give positive energy a go. Pray for professionalism in the mental health field."

"First visit the owner Kelly was who I was there to see and she rwasn’t even there. She finally got there 15 minutes before my time slot was over and told me she had a headache and was taking a nap at her house. She reeked of marijuana which immediately threw me off and once in her office I figured I would get my entire session but she said she had another appointment behind mine so she could only see me those 15 minutes. I felt very unimportant and uncomfortable. I really needed to talk to someone and was looking forward to my appointment. So I scheduled another appointment she did the exact thing AGAIN except was there and in her office the entire time. Once she still hadn’t gotten me and I had waited 45 minutes again knowing I’m now down to the same time frame I was the first visit I was over it. I had just had knee surgery and was miserable sitting there waiting once again. I was so agitated about the lack of respect that I got up and told the office lady I wanted my money refunded I was leaving. That was another problem since I paid with my debit card she said she didn’t know how to refund it. She said she was new. I finally said just keep the money I won’t be back. I didn’t realize I could write a response or I would’ve already done it. This happened at the beginning of the summer 2023. Your response to this and others reviews proves my point. Very unprofessional practice. Best of luck to you."

She makes you feel comfortable and makes it easy to talk to her. My first time going there I was a bit nervous but once I got there it was so much better than what I expected.
