"What an awesome bike shop! Everything about riding bikes in Brown County was a pleasant surprise. My bike went down last minute but the lack of snow up north made a bike trip down south the only go to for a planned weekend away. Brown County got me onto an amazing bike, hooked me up with nutrition needs, and trail beta for an awesome February ride. Owners and staff made me feel welcome and right at home--so did the local customers and local riders. I'll definitely be back to Brown County. The trails are awesome and the people are even better!"

"Just now getting back into bikes after a long time out of it so I had a lot to learn. Emily was awesome! I bought a used bike and brought it to her to get serviced and in working order. She spent so much time explaining and teaching me about it. Super friendly and extremely helpful! She answered every question I had and even gave me a bunch of info I didn't know to ask. Kept me up to date on any parts that would need ordered and I just got my bike back and it's like brand new! I won't go anywhere else from now on. Great experience!"

"This is Steve Marshall. I’m using my wife’s account to post this review. I’ve been here multiple times for bike service. Either Emily or Justin has taken care of me. It’s hard to express how good their skill and expertise really is. This past week I went in to have my shifters replaced on my road bike. While doing the work, Justin realized that the handlebars had significant corrosion and needed to be replaced. He helped me source new handlebars, and also did some clean up and maintenance on the bike. The bike is a 2011 model and literally rides like it’s new after his work. He took the initiative to do what needed done. In today’s world that is getting more and more rare and so when it happens it really is appreciated. The photo is my bike and it looks (and rides) like new! I’ve been riding bikes seriously since 1986 and have done business with many bike shops and mechanics. This place ranks at the top of the list.
