"I visited this store for the first time My husband and I were greeted by Van I told him the reasons I was there he was super knowledgeable and very friendly easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns to stop smoking and he made sure I left happy with what I bought I had gone back a week later to tell him it didn't work for me he was happy to find me something I will be happy with he doesn't know yet but I have not had a cigarette now for 15 days. Thank you Van for being there for me. You are awesome"

"Customer service ok, But they hardly ever have good sales. Guy said the only sale they have is a 60 mil for 19.99 and two 60 mils for 26.99.. that's definitely not a sale. Other competitor's have by one 60mil get the other free. They really need to do better on sale juice. I think that would be very helpful. Especially for those who's on a budget at this time. I won't be going back"
