"Whoever is leaving reviews for this location obviously is lying. This is the worst most unprofessional location. Pharmacist Davekio rude atheist technicians very rude. I would not dare send anyone to them for anything. He lied and said he could not give me there names. Went to another pharmacy i homewood she said that is not true. Very rude No care for customers needs of prescriptions."
"Attempted to reach the Pharmacy 4 times in one day. Each time, I held for 15-20 mins and no one ever answered. A few times, it seemed like someone picked up and immediately placed me back on hold without saying anything"
"Midfield cvs Pleasantly surprised,,!!! Pharmacy team was great. Needed help with my àppt for vaccine. It was corrected and I got my COVID 19 3rd updated booster plus pnmonia vaccine. The pharmacist was very good in administering BOTH. The tech was pleasant came on the floor to help 3 customers while I was there. À really great experience."
"Very unpleasant and not professional business. They gave me the wrong prescription for my son once they asked could I please return it. I did I also took a picture of the prescription also recorded me returning it. Since I have definitely changed my pharmacy and am very happy with the customer service I receive else where"
"I am so disappointed with their phone answering service. I have used CVS in several much larger cities and the phone is usually answered within a minute. This store leaves you hanging on the phone for 5 to 10 minutes before picking up and sometimes never answer! I can call across the street to Walgreen and always get an answer immediately. This CVS phone service is a 1 rating."
