"Casey’s General If you are looking for good breakfast pizza, be sure to check out the offerings here at Casey’s General. We place an order for two breakfast pizzas (egg/cheese/sausage and egg/cheese/bacon) late one evening and they were ready, piping hot and fresh the next morning. We took them into the office for the team and they were a bit hit!"
"So, I've dealt with a lot of Casey's over the past few years and have always found them kind and courteous. Tonight However I ordered a breakfast pizza online from the Robinson store and when I got it home it looked terrible and tasted chalky. My fiance called to let them know and the man who made the pizza offered to make it right by offering another pizza. Everything was going as it should until the manager Angie got on the phone and said that she wasn't going to do anything about it just because "We didn't like the pizza" We then went there with the pizza and she was rude and treated us with disdain. Eventually she relented and Said she would reimburse the money after a big argument. However she wouldn't even put it in writing that she would follow through. I've spent a lot of money at Casey's over the years and never had a problem. The Palestine Casey's can attest to the money I spend there on a daily basis. This manager at Robinson was hateful and downright rude"
"Ordered a pizza, a crispy chicken sandwich, breadsticks to be delivered. Left phone number and address. Told me it was going to take an hour for delivery so after an hour I called wanted to know where my food was, they tell me that they called number to let me know they had no chicken but number was no good. Okay so I tell them I will take a breaded tenderloin if it don’t take an hour. She said she would have our food to us in 10 minutes needless to say 20 minutes later we get our food. The breaded tenderloin has a foul taste like it’s bad, and the rest of the food is cold. Never again will I order from here. No I’m sorry or anything."
"We ordered two breakfast burritos and were told it would be about 9 minutes .. we waited for 10...we assumed that was because they were making them fresh yet when they handed us our burritos they were ice cold. I'm not sure what she did for those 10 minutes but the cheese wasn't even melted that's how cold they were."
