"I had visited this store to get information and then went back to do a purchase about a week later. First interaction was great. However, the second NEVER happened. Apparently the store mgr quit and TD's has not sent anyone down to Chelsea to cover the store! The store hrs are still posted on the door. So, I called the phone number for the store in Chelsea. Guess TD's is also NOT CHECKING THE PHONE MESSAGES. LEFT MESSGES FOR THEM TO CALL ME AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK!!! Called the main store and pretty much just got a run around. I aske repeatedly for someone to meet me at the store as I was ready to buy. Got nothing but excuses from a guy named 'justin' at the main store as to why no one would or could meet me there. Was told that I could drive up to the main store to see mattresses!! I informed 'justin' that if I drive all the way up there that there would be some serious discounts! Reply was basically crickets!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! The main store at TD's was LESS THAN HELPFUL! So, I went elsewhere and made a purchase. DO NOT RECOMMEND AS NO ONE WILL WORK WITH YOU FROM THE MAIN STORE NOW THAT THIS ONE IS PRETTY MUCH CLOSED!!! YOU GUYS HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER! I HAD 2 FREINDS HEAR THE CONVERSTATION I HAD WITH 'JUSTIN' AND THEY WERE ALSO SUPRISED BY THE LACK OF ASSISTANCE GIVEN!!! POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! If I could give you an negative score I would have!!!"
