"Had a prescription transferred for my husband because they were out of this medicine for the 4th time and they didn't send the whole prescription over and when I call them was told it was walgreens fault they had messed up now the dr calls express rx and say he has something processing knowing when you send a script it's there. Our son has also had thyroid meds filled here and was owed medicine and I had to go in with his bottle that said we owe you 60 before they would correct their mistake. Patrick is Awesome never any issue when he handles anything"
"Really enjoyed their attitudes and responsible service until my latest purchase. 1. I was SUPPOSE to be notified why Tri-care was not showing my wife on medicine. 2. I was suppose to be email the details on my wife's 4 prescriptions so we would know which meds were for what. I never received either. The list of drugs I think should have been included anyway. Seems they only react as long as you are STANDING THERE."
