"closing at 10 and wouldn't let us get a drink at 930... lady working the bar was extremely rude. Disappointed"

"For airport food, this is a good bet. The burgers are good and because of the adjoining food court you don't have to wait for a table. Big portions. Can be a bit messy. Decent value. Notes for travelers:. in the Midwest they tend to make you a good burger by fully cooking it without asking how you want it. If you're a snooty food snob who demands raw meat, you need to take your demands elsewhere. Same thing if you expect Pacific Northwest niceness from the staff -- expand your horizons and discover that good service doesn't require sycophants."

"Apparently they were 1 worker short ... The waitress yelled at me across the kitchen to tell me to shout my order at her ... I'm sure she was doing her best - but - it wasn't the best experience I had at an airport restaurant...Maybe the food and service are better when they are fully staffed? The food was ok - the toaster just broke before I put my order in - so I was served cold bread that didn't taste very good. Still - as far as serving size - the omelettes are quite large and filling. Conclusion : go when they're fully staffed and perhaps the experience will be much better."

"Wife and I had burgers and shared an order of fries. Burgers were WAY overcooked, to the point of being chewy. Fries were pretty good. Noticed that we were given pepper but no salt. I had to walk to the end of the bar, and asked a girl for some salt, mentioning that all we were given was pepper. She said the salt and pepper look the same and handed me a fistful of the little packets. Went back to my table and found the entire fistful of packets were ALL PEPPER! What an idiot that girl was. I finally went in and found some salt on another table and took it. The bartender who took our order was not exactly Mr. Personality, either. He gruffly told me that our order would take 20-25 minutes. The only good thing about this visit, the food was ready in 10 minutes, but the burgers were still overdone. I DO NOT recommend this place."

"My wife and I were there for breakfast Wednesday morning October 7. We had the absolute worst service that we have ever received anywhere, anytime. The waitress was rude and nasty. I asked 3 times for my toast that was supposed to come with my breakfast. I was told that they were having issues with their toaster. In the meantime I watched 3 orders of toast be delivered around my table. Each time I asked for my toast, I got a snotty response. She said it was the cooks fault. I don't care how good the food is, it is unacceptable how we were treated."
