"Just to let you know also the home office and the management at hotel do NOTHING to correct the situation. The home office says it's the managements discretion....anyway the home office is just as sorry as the local management."
"It looked like a new building when we pulled up. Nice and clean lobby, but it went down hill from there. The room stunk and the shower leaked constantly. They had a towel laying in it to muffle the sound of dripping. No breakfast of any kind, coffee only."
"Recently updated interior and rooms. Overall not bad. Thin walls, floors weren’t that clean, no breakfast. But the shower was nice. Has microwave, fridge, updated lamps with USB, good wifi."
"We got in around 9, got straight into our room. I wasn't very happy with it. I asked the lady at the desk if there was anything she could do to get us away from the main entrance. She went above and beyond, I had to pay the difference but she upgraded our room and got us into a space I felt safer in. She was so nice and relatable. She fixed any of the little problems I had, like with the TV or the key card. Valerie is a super awesome host, yall have a treasure working for you."
"Checked in at 2 am with 2 fussy and tired children. Ring bell several times to get desk clerk. Charged $104 for a double for 9 hours. Floor was filthy. Food and dirt everywhere. Hair in shower. Asked at checkout for a prorated refund... lady looked at me like I was speaking another language. Then said she would let her housekeeper know the room was dirty. It wasn't dirty from us!! We just wanted to sleep a few hours and be on our way. NEVER staying here again. Would have been better off sleeping in the car"
