"I was supposed to have a package delivered Tuesday and by Friday I looked and it said my package was being held at the post office(there should have been no reason for it to be held, it didn’t contain anything serious just a book). So I went to the post office to get my package and the lady said my driver had already scanned it in and that I should receive it in a couple days. Why should my package take a couple days to get to me when I live 10 minutes down the road? Better yet why isn’t my mailman doing his job to get my package to me on time?"
"If I could give zero stars I would! Worst mail service ever!!!!! All day long package says out for delivery and at 8 it’s says delay due to weather! It’s raining not a blizzard we still need our mail and Packages! Mail is always late and daily we have the wrong mail or someone has ours! Seen a mail truck at my neighbors today but my package that has been out for delivery since 7 am could t be delivered! Worst!"
"Y’all have some of the laziest drivers. “Can’t access my driveway!” Never had an issue before it’s just late. They didn’t want to get out of their car. I mean it’s not like they had all last week of from snow/ice. I mind you it’s only 6:00pm. I don’t know what happen to the good old days when things actually got delivered."
"What a bunch of idiots, who tries to deliver certified mail to a business during core lunch hours multiple times, obviously they are closed during lunch. On top of that they want me to reschedule delivery, but won't pick up the phone... What is the point of having a phone number Athens Post Office?"
"The employee does not have enough help but is so kind to everyone. This is not his fault he is alone. I have been here almost 30 mins and not to the counter yet, and about 9 people behind me too. Thanks to him for showing up for all of us today and doing his best but he is one person."
