"First this is overall. Brew brothers is inside the casino. Casino bars only 1 inside casino was open. Other in Brew Bros was staffed with 1 bartender and she also Had tables(which we was at one). Service overall for drinks was terrible due to lack of staffing. And items not available for order after we ordered didn’t make sense. Almost 1 hour to get burnt ends and salad. Food came out alittle quicker. 40 minutes. Seriously needs to fix small issues. Before they become bigger ones. Came up for a try and well won’t be back anytime soon. At least food was decent. But pricey. On side note didn’t have pork chops or ribeyes either. Along with several other items."
"3 of us had dinner at Brew Pub on Christmas Eve. They were short-staffed, and we told the waitress we would be very patient. After almost an hour wait for our food we were told they were out of one of the entrees we ordered, so he ordered another item. My daughter ordered the pork chop dinner, and the waitress delivered only 1 pork chop and said they were out of baked potatoes. There was nothing on the plate but a small pork chop ($31). She wasn't given an option for a baked potato substitute. My son was then brought a specialty hamburger with only a piece of melted cheese and nothing else. No pickle, lettuce, onion, mustard ketchup. The bun was cold and hard and the hamburger dry. No water or beverage was served during the entire dinner. It really was a horrible situation."
"Oh Brew Brothers, where do I begin? My husband, mother, and I visited this restaurant on Christmas Eve. There was a 30-minute wait due to low staffing. This was understandable. Once we got seated, the host brought us each a water. The waitress came to our table after ten minutes to apologize for our wait and walked away before taking any drink orders. She returned around 15 minutes later to take our food orders. We ordered an onion ring tower appetizer. I had been here several months ago and had the best pork chop of my life, so I asked if they still made the pork chop with bourbon bacon jam topping and she said no. While disappointed, this was not her fault so I decided to try the 'new' pork chop with a plain baked potato. My husband ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and my mother ordered chicken tenders and fries. Approximately 25 minutes later, the waitress came back to our table and told my husband that they were out of Philly Cheesesteak, so he ordered a Colt burger. She then left and finally returned 1/2 hour later and slid my pork chop across the table and told me "We're out of potatoes." I was never offered the choice of another side. My mother's chicken tenders were overdone and dried out. My husband was not served food for another five minutes. Once served, the bun on his burger was too stale to eat. We had waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes at this point. Remember the onion tower? Never got it. We were never given any more water or had an opportunity to order another drink (the beers that we brought in had been empty for over an hour and our water had been gone for quite some time.) This was the worst service I can remember ever having and to say that the food was disappointing would be an understatement. I honestly have no idea why you were open for service when you had run out of basic food items. We were not offered a discount for incomplete our orders. All that said, we still tipped the waitress $20 because it was Christmas Eve. We walked out of the restaurant hungry. DO BETTER!!!!!"
"Looking for great food while gambling? Bingo. You found the right place. I've been here several times and haven't been disappointed. My wife got the meatloaf platter. It was hearty with plenty of brussels sprouts. I got a Cuban. The sandwich was flavorful and filling. Everything you want in a sandwich. The fries were also really good. Crispy and properly seasoned. The service was great as well. The front overseated our server. She had four tables along with an eight top. That didn't slow her down. Overall, I was impressed with this place and will be back again without question."
"Excellent customer service. Jeremy was an awesome waiter very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Suggested the pork chop and it was good as hell. Very good communication kept my drink full the whole time. Very attentive. Very clean restaurant and has fast seating service. 5 stars"
