"For a small little hotel in the middle of nowhere , it’s actually just what you would like after driving endless hours . Quiet , clean and very reasonable . Has a good breakfast in a small room near the coffee. Staying at random places and random hotels it’s always rolling the dice but there was no weird stuff or experiences here . I’d stay again if I was passing thru and needed a place to rest"

"Update: In my review I mentioned how they wanted me to pay a higher rate for a room that same night. Well they must have had rooms available right for to to pay for. The next hotel I went to, under 1mile away, was also busy but not full and he said due to some automotive convention, not a ministry thing. Folks, the "owner" response shows how I was treated. Think for yourselves and be smart in how you spend your money. -------------------------------------------------- If I could go with a negative review I would but one star is as low as they go. I can say location was not perfect for us, a few miles out of the path we were driving, but not terrible. I cannot speak for the room as we ended up not staying. Why you ask? Well that is why the one star review. We got there late, 3am. Turns out this specific hotel cancels your reservation at midnight, against corporate policy, and does not try to verify with you. They continue to charge your card however. When you do show up they want you to re-book the room at a walk in rate which is higher than the rate you already paid. Let me repeat -- no refunds for THE HOTEL canceling your room and then being charged a higher rate than your initial reservation. It gets worse. Talking to corporate it turns out each hotel is a franchise so if you want your money back you need the hotel to fix it. Issue there is the hotel management never talks to you. Many phone calls to the hotel from me, not once did I get a call back. After a couple months of working with corporate, who was also not getting responses from the hotel management, we finally got a refund from corporate. I guess corporate ate the cost and this specific hotel location got some free cash. End Result: ALL Quality Inns are off our travel paths from here out. Not worth the hassle"

"Quick one night stop on our way. Convenient location next to Huddle House and a Loves. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size & looked like they tried to do improvements but there was drywall tape coming loose and hanging off the walls, the upholstered chair was stained and very worn, a/c filters were clogged & it was loud. Breakfast options were limited. Parking lot not accessible to large vehicles or trailers."

"Stayed in Hamilton, Al. 4 Nov 2023. Very comfortable, very clean, good hot breakfast, air worked, TV worked, bathroom clean & attractive. Staff very attentive. Felt safe in hotel & surrounding area. Be aware of state, county, & city taxes. It adds up to about $23. I'd give it a 5, except for 1 drawback, & that's there is not an elevator. The stairs are wide which did seem to help. I would stay again."

"Updated!!! If you have to stay a week or more make sure you have plenty of clothes because the washer and dryer are under lock and key and getting the key is like pulling teeth. It's either someone has it checked out(only 4 vehicles in parking lot including mine)or it unavailable. Been trying for two days to wash clothes and finally was told they don't know when the key will become available and I should go to loves truck stop next door to wash my clothes. (Was informed by upper management that the washing machine had a broken component and would be fixed Friday)Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, not sure about hot breakfast, haven't seen where it's at(TUCKED AWAY THROUGH A SIDE DOOR WITH NO SIGNAGE)Besides my laundry issue it's clean and quiet!"
