"Stopped in last Thursday (3/23/2023) to pick up an order from online (2 dozen donuts, breakfast pizza and milk). The order was ready on time and the staff there was friendly. But the real reason for the full 5 stars is the girl working there today (3/29/2023 @ 10:20 AM CST) who saved my butt and was able to look up the receipt for that order, reprint it and text it to me for my work expense report. She was fast and friendly and awesome. Thank you!!"
"The cashier was not helpful at all. I had paid 35 in cash and purchased a pop with my debit card. Well I did not need the 35 and needed a $1.00 back. I go inside and tell the situation and he was very dismissive. As if he doesn't remember our transaction even though it occurred just 2 minutes ago. He prints the receipt to show me. Now the receipt says I only paid 34 in cash and change on my card. It wasn't until I was up the road and thought maybe it went on the card that I used. That's exactly what happened. Instead of being dismissive he could have acknowledged what I was saying. I thought I was losing my mind. Maybe he needs to be better trained in Point of Sales transactions/ customer service. But I was highly displeased."
