"Honestly, I don’t like giving negative reviews, but I really didn’t appreciate the service I was given today. After I paid for tap shoes, I asked when they would likely come in and the response was, “I don’t have a crystal ball, so I can’t know.” I suppose I assumed she would have some type of idea, because I’m not interested in paying $50+ on tap shoes and maybe not get them for months. She refunded my money, not sure what I did or said to be treated negatively."

"Went there for daughters tap and ballet shoes and the staff was so helpful ~~ upon arrival you can write your name down and therefore if it is busy they call your name and provide individual service to help get exactly what shoes / gear you need as required by the dance studio. They are so familiar with what every place requires students have so it was very valuable to make sure we were purchasing the correct item. Very easy process and very friendly. Highly recommend."
