"At 12:30pm, My Doctor sent a prescription to this location and upon arrival they advised they did not have it to give. One of the cashiers stated I would have to personally call other Walgreens or CVS’s in the area to find if they have it. Secondly I would have to have the pharmacy contact them to have it transferred. If this process is so tedious and specific why am I having to do all the calling? However, I took the time to do so and verified the information. The pharmacist at Clift Farms, made a quick call to the Walgreens location that I had called that had it and said she would transfer it. I arrived at the Walgreen location and they said they did not receive a fax of information (this is at 1:25pm). They closed for lunch at 1:30pm, I returned at 2:30pm said they still have not received fax information for my prescription. When I called Publix Pharmacy, again at 3:15pm, the cashier was unnecessarily short and rude when I asked when they would send the fax over. She stated “once it is sent it was out of their hands, and they are busy “. This was not a pleasant experience at all. Especially as I am highly contagious and going back and forth between two places. Cashier needs to work on making it right and not be so defensive and unhelpful."

"When the closest store to me closed I followed the pharmacy staff to the new location. They are the best!"
"Very disappointed with the level of service at the pharmacy today. I got to the pharmacy to pickup prescriptions that my doctor transmitted in only for the female pharmacist to tell me that their system was down and I’d have to bring in paper copies. Now I understand that things happen, but not once did she apologize for the inconvenience to me or for my wasted time. I expect more from Publix."
