"I was biking to class in the cold weather and my back tire exploded. Brought it to Hodson’s and they had it for 20 minutes and returned it with a new tube and tire. Didn’t charge me for labor AND they fixed up my chain that I am horrible about caring for. Loved my experience and will definitely be back for any other repairs and purchases."
"I can not say enough good about this bike shop, David and the staff there are very kind and customer driven. They have redone two bikes for me and both of them came out like new. I have recently bought two bikes from them one gravel bike Vaast A1, and Denago e-bike both times the experience was great. Dave takes good care of anybody who comes in and takes the time to get you what you need and answer any questions you may have. Staff is always very friendly and relaxed and provide wonderful service. There's a large variety of cycling products for everyone - whether biking to commute, compete, or just for fun and they have all the usual maintenance services for bikes available. Prices are fair, and they don't try to upsell you or give you anything you don't need. Grateful to have them in town :)"
"My experience at Hodgson's Bay company was excellent. I did not know what to expect. I was excited to see a bicycle I was interested in a few other quality bicycles on hand. As I entered the store I was greeted by an associate while he was helping another customer. I felt welcomed and was able to explore. When Dave was available he came and asked if I needed some assistance and was very helpful with all my questions. If you are looking for a quality bicycle I would definitely recommend Hodson's Bay company and Dave."
"Good place to get your bike serviced. I brought mine in for an adjustment and it took about 10 days, was cheap at $20, and my bikes shifts pretty decently now. Most of the bikes for sale look pretty high end and are priced as such."
