"Update: Since they honored the original refund amount I decided to up this from a 1 star to a 3 star. Bought a couch back in September. Great couch, just had an issue with the middle support leg being off center. I called and was told I could take a $200 reimbursement or a new couch. I chose the new couch because once you see this it’s not something you can unsee. 5 months and 4 new couch deliveries there was still no resolution. Every couch came in with the same defect. I was told they would check it in-house before delivery every time but that was never done. Was told they would contact the manufacturer, but that was obviously never done. Called today and was told there is nothing they can do and they gaslit me by telling me the flaw is so minor and not visible to the naked eye. (Strangely defensive this time instead of “helpful”) Check the picture yourself and make that judgement yourself. I then reminded them I was told I could get a $200 credit. Told me the best they could do was $100. If you are lucky enough to buy from here with no furniture flaws then it’s all good. If you are unlucky enough to buy something that has a flaw have fun dealing with the customer service. If they can’t easily resolve your issue they will drag the process along as slow as possible, caring less and less each passing week. There are much better options in town for furniture. Don’t waste your money here."
