"I sent them photos prior to their picking up my furniture. They said they could do it. They were stained brownish and I wanted them white washed. They picked them up mid August. I was told it would take about 3 weeks. After 4 weeks (September) I began contacting them about my pieces. They said they would bring them numerous times. They did tell me there wouldn’t be a charger. About 3 weeks ago (this is October) they sent me photos of what they had done. They were painted grey!!!! Didn’t even bother to ask me! This was NOTHING like I had requested! I never mentioned grey! They knew I was upset and asked how they could make me happy. I told them I wanted the pieces stripped and then returned. They returned them today still PAINTED!!! I will be reporting this to the BBB!"
