I ordered a pair of shoes to be delivered directly to my home because they did not have the color and size I needed. Unbeknownst to me, when the cashier placed the order for the shoes, she ordered the wrong size. I received an email two days later informing me that my order was canceled because my "size 6.5" shoe was unavailable. I wear a MUCH bigger size. I called the customer service number on the email and was able to place the correct order with a gentleman named Marc. He was very pleasant and helpful. I received the shoes two business days later with free standard shipping. Going forward, if the shoes I want/need are unavailable in store, I will either order at shoecarnival.com or by phone."
