"I bought furniture from here thinking I was moving here and now I'm not and the furniture still at the store and they won't give me my money back"

"I will never buy another piece of furniture from this store again. We bought a bedroom set and one of the nightstands were damaged. Thats fine, it happens. The delivery person called the owner who said it was in stock and i would have it the next day. Didnt happen. Travis, the "manager" made promise after promise to me with ZERO results. He then scheduled a delivery from 12-4, didn't happen. Then I was told he would personally deliver it himself between 5 &6. Didn't happen. I called and he wasn't even working that day. 2 days later I get a hold of him and he tells me he couldn't fit it in his car. No phone call to let me know. It took me calling and screaming at his incompetence for it to be delivered. Then they want to give me a 50.00 credit to the store. NO THANKS. Looking elsewhere for my living room furniture."

"I was out at Ollie’s on Saturday and decided to stop in at Hot Buy’s to look around not intending to purchase anything just yet, but ended up seeing a sofa I really liked and the rug and the price on it was very inexpensive compared to other furniture stores. Everyone was so nice, I believe her name is Jordan I wanna say she helped me pick out a sofa and rug and Travis was very helpful also. My furniture was delivered on which was very quick. When I got my furniture and rug I noticed a manufacturer issue with the rug so I reached out to Travis and he was nothing short of amazing and correcting the issue. Let me pick out another rug and fixed the issue. I highly recommend this place of your shopping for furniture for your home. It’s reasonably priced and high quality merchandise."

The first was a bit of a wait due to shipping last year (ports were all backed up so EVERYONE had shipping issues which is understandable and out of their power) and the second was in stock and delivered within days. Travis has been great both times striving to find the furniture that fits your wants and needs within your budget. He's never tried to upsell us on anything we don't want and seem to care about their customers satisfaction, even for being stretched thin.
