And then the first replaced piece started doing it again. They went above and beyond and got the whole thing credited back to us and we were able to pick a completely new couch! We had some issues with my order that wasn't Barnett and Swanns fault but it was the vendor they get it from. They understood my issues and handled them with care. "We just recently purchased a sectional, kitchen table, and buffet / server. They had just the right sectional and my wife fell in love with the table. The lady who helped us (her name was Dee) was so friendly and hospitable. I purchased the server for my wife for Christmas and she helped me keep it on the down low. The delivery men were professional and efficient and also assisted me in keeping the server a surprise. This was a great experience from the showroom to my living room including the financing process. I would recommend them 10/10 to a friend."
