"Owner" did apologize, but also laughed that "that's just how she is" when I explained the situation about the rudeness and aggression from staff directed at myself and my daughter. I wouldn't even have left a comment if the staff member could have stoped talking over me long enough for me to finish 1 sentence to explain the situation, even while I was attempting to explain to the owner. Talking to the owner was in attempt to help prevent this from happening to others. Your disrespect, lack of knowledge and understanding of the disabled today showed. Do better. Your actions were heartless. Hearing/ visually impaired, disability, and Autism Awareness. Just a few things to think about... ... So maybe the next person won't be completely embarrassed for their disability's."
