"Sketchy..no discussion of I wanted to pay $35 for a protection plan a month but it was added to my bill which I wasn't even informed of a total until the phone transfer was completed and $118 later. ..I get taxes but the person wouldn't answer why that was the amount an came off as agitated I was even asking...I asked a receipt be emailed but never received. ..had to call an ask for details only to be told then what i was charged...I said what if I couldn't afford that!??? She said we would just reverse what we did...how about making it clear before the work is done this is what you are paying an why!????currently trying to get the $35 back for the protection plan"

Kara helped me out, and she quickly had an answer to every question I had, and was incredibly patient through my indecisiveness, and the dreaded pain of activating a new phone and transferring all of the data. Even longer when switching between android and iOS. She even stayed a little past close to help me with no complaints and friendly service.
