"I was so pleased to find the unexpectedly huge selection available in the store! We had shopped at several other furniture stores in South Bend and Mishawaka before coming to Towne's, and this small town store put the big ones to shame. The service was outstanding, and the prices were very competitive. We left with the perfect recliner today and will definitely be back the next time we have a furniture need."

"Despite what I've heard, I gave this furniture store a chance. I ordered a bunk bed through them. The sales clerk they call 'Jo' spoke for more than 30 minutes with me about the bunk bed I wanted which had drawers underneath. This was clearly stated between the two of us. When the bunk bed came in we took it home started to assemble it and realized it was a basic bunk bed without drawers which is exactly what we expressed to her we didn't want. We called and explained to her this was the incorrect bunk bed. She rudely told us that the bunk bed doesn't come with drawers unless you pay more 187 dollars more. It was clear to me that I was conned into buying a basic cheap bunk bed for more than it was worth under the agreement it would have drawers just to close a deal with us and be able to keep our deposit in the event we tried to return it. These people are total con artists and I strongly urge you to go to warsaw if you want to buy your furniture. Also when i tried to contact the owner of the store he completely blew me off and ignored my phone calls. Do not buy from this awful store unless you want to be ripped off, pissed off, disappointed and then not be able to do nothing about it but warn others"
