Walmart Pharmacy

"Went there, waited in line which ok. Some guy tried to cut in front of us and i said we are next. The lady at the desk rolled her eyes all because i told the guy who tried to cut us off we were next.(she was a red head, maybe strawberry blonde) I gave her my childs name. She said they were out of stock of the steroid but then the pharmacist in the back grabbed the bottle and said they just got it today. The lady up front rolled her eyes again and said nope, we dont have it. It wont be until monday. Im like, my son has croup so he has to have it. She strugged her shoulders! Then said well we dont have it, this after the pharmacist grabbed the bottle and said they did. Im like ok cool. So thats a lawsuit. My family of 6 get our medicine from here, but after today we will take our business else where."

"Absolutely horrible customer service and lazy workers. The pharmacist and techs were disrespectful. They helped the woman in the other lane but made me wait there just for them to tell me they're closing for lunch. I can't stand the Walmart in Logansport. It has the worst employees I've ever met. I'm changing where I get my meds from."

"Other reviewers mentioned that the staff is presumptious and rude, this is the same experience I have had. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and rude behavior. The red haired tech Jennifer and the pharmacy manager Beth are among the worst. After 10+ years of using this pharmacy, I have transferred my prescriptions elswhere. Their behavior and disrespect should not be tolerated by anyone. Please leave this pharmacy and find one that will work with you and value your patronage. I will never tolerate disparaging comments or being screamed at by some employee who refuses to listen and cannot communicate clearly. They do not understand basic laws and will prevent you from gettting your medication. They will accuse you of being a criminal and attempting to defraud your insurance. You do not need your insurance company's permission to purchase medication with a valid prescription and pay out of pocket. Jennifer should lose her license and be fired. The staff is completely incompetent, led by an inconsiderate manager."

"It’s disappointing every month I go to get my medicine it’s ALWAYS out of stock. I call other Walmarts and they always seem to have them and other pharmacies around locally. I get shortages but some people it’s the same thing every single month…… This was ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the staff and the doctors office cleared that up for me. Just some of the medicines my kids and myself take is hard to get right now due to shortages. It’s frustrating for all and I apologize for my review."

"I don’t usually do reviews but this pharmacy has to be one of the most unprofessional ones I’ve been to. They are often rude and very short with me. I’ve also had people I know tell me they are this way with them as well. You can be as nice as can be with them and they’ll still be snippy with you. I have several medications that I need to take and if they are abruptly stopped it could have dangerous effects on my health. With this there have been multiple times now where my prescriptions were called in from the doctor and this pharmacy could not refill them due to the medications being out of stock. I was never informed of this and left waiting till the last moment, scrambling to get the medication to another pharmacy. And when I call to ask about my refill they act annoyed this I’m even calling or asking. As if I’m supposed to know they’re out of my medication. I know this times are tough right now, but this is just unfair. This isn’t every Walmart pharmacy just this one. Honestly just go to any other pharmacy in town and save yourself some time."
