"Bought what i was told was a brand new gun safe. They gave me the keys and i took the safe home. After setting it up i realized that on the inside of the safe there was a second lock that took a different key from what they provided me. When i confronted them about it the said "Oh yeah, we dont have that key" He knew about the issue before selling me the safe and didn't feel the need to disclose this information. They refused to make things right with. Wouldn't refund my money, would not compensate me for the cost of having to pay 35 bucks plus shipping for a set of replacement keys, and over all made it quite clear they really don't care about their customers, only that they get your money, and that's where they're concerns stop. This is their business and they have every right to run it the way they see fit, but I also have every right to not do business here again, and to inform every one on how to expect to be treated."
"I highly recommend visiting Ann's. My wife and I always pop in whenever we're in town. There's always something new to check out and we never leave empty handed. Everything is as-is but priced appropriately and usually the flaw is easily managed/fixed or not even that noticeable in the first place. Try it out!"
