"aaron was THE BEST!!!! i've been struggling with my sim card for a few days now and had gone to other at&t's previously that just gave me temporary solutions that didn't end up working in the long run. what they did with my sim card actually messed my phone up further. aaron tried a bunch of different things to get it working again and when those didn't work due to the system he offered me so many alternative solutions that would not come at too big a cost to me. he was such a genuinely helpful person and i really appreciated it!!!"
"I am very disappointed in how they set me up with my new phone. When I left there I thought everything was set up, but I got an text that I was not set up correctly and was not going to get the trade in for my phone as I was promised. After a lengthy call with an AT&T operator I got everything fixed but my bill came out much more than I thought it was going to be. This is the second time I was misled by AT&T so I will be looking for another carrier. Please be aware of the promises they make to you. I specifically asked if I was on the right plan for the promotion and I don't think he even looked and just said yes everything was ready to go."
