"If you want one of these machines, learn how to work on them yourself. If you take it to this location here they are over price in labor and in parts I’ve took into machines here and both of them still had issues when I left when I try to speak to the management about it, they act as if they don’t give care every time I’ve been here My machine would be sitting here for three months before getting it back. Horrible customer service over priced steer clear of them. First issue was the electrical problem. They charged me $800 just to change a fuse box. that was in my 750 and they fix some issues but after I got it back, my relays from my plow were not working and when I asked them if they could help me out and look at it, they told me they were too busy again. I ended up just selling it to a guy that doesn’t need it for the plow it said that I had to let go of a good machine for their neglect of learning how to do their job correctly or should I just blame China for the cheap product they sent here to the US in my 650. My water pump was leaking so I took it to them to get repaired another $850 now my fan doesn’t want to turn on. They said, maybe I overheated the block the funny part of it was that it was leaking when it was parked hardly drove it only 500 miles on it again please do you do diligence learn how to work on these things yourself anyone who works on four wheelers ATVs, UTVs well they’re gonna charge you triple of what you would pay to get your car fixed"
"Called Monday morning at 9:30, sales person said they would call back after lunch. Did not get a call so I called a different dealer and had purchase wrapped up by 5:00 pm same day. Guess they are not worried about making sales............ Powerspotrs of Carol Stream did a way better job of following through......"

"Friendly will answer any questions or concerns. Has good amount of inventory to view. Very informative and helpful sales rep. The entrance and parking is in the back of the building. Established business that's been there for several years. Plan to go back!"
