"We have had good luck in the past with Nashville CVS, however not today. I called to check on a very much needed prescription and the automated service said it would be ready by 1030am. Drove there and the pharmacy was closed!!! Change the automated service. Called Bloomington CVS to transfer it and drive to BLM."

"My friend and I have gone there after work and have been accused of stealing when we always pay for our things. They always check the isles to “make sure nothing is missing” after we go through them. I understand it’s usually late when we come in, but that’s after we get off of work. A very unwelcoming place. Felt personally attacked."

"This is a great go-to for quick essentials when you're in Nashville. Shopping options are limited, but you won't be upset that this is the only drugstore in the area. Staff is always friendly and the store is well-maintained. The only drawback is that there's a consistently long line for prescription pickups."
