"If they had less then 1 star their service department i would give them a 0. They overcharge and then when bring to their attention they talk about what they saved you. What after the fact you overcharged more the what you save by alot. I wont be returning and will try to stop anyone else I know from spending their hard heard money there. They didn't even do the work I asked of them. **UPDATE** Yes I have the right place.. My boyfriend had dropped it off!"

"I live in Mississippi and bought a used tractor from Hopf Equipment. I was a little leary of doing that without seeing it in person but the salesman Paul sent plenty of pictures and described the tractor to me. They arranged financing and shipping and it was loaded and delivered fast. The tractor was just as described and works great. Good job Hopf Equipment!!"
"First time we went we order a screw top for my tiller. They said it would be here in a month. Went to check on it never came. They would call when it came in never got call. Went to have a blade for a riding lawn more that we bought there sharpen left there. Came back next day ask about it 3 guys were just sitting talking ask when will they get to it they just said they didnt know. Will not buy any thing there cant get service"
"Good honest people. Living 6 hours away and purchasing a used side by side is risky. I dealt with Nick in sales and explained my situation. He had John in the shop call me to go over everything. It had a few minor issues but it was all explained to me before hand and was being sold as a mechanics special. Made the trip worrying for the worst but turned out to be much better than what I expected. A+ in my book."
