"This was my first time to have you do any service work on any of my vehicles. The staff [Eric] was very friendly and always eager to talk and help in any way he could. You have a good worker in him. There were some things that you were not able to do that I had done elsewhere. I was surprised and disappointed that I was charged $69 diagnostic fee for each item that was diagnosed in addition to the cost to fix them. It made the cost of repair, which consisted of fixing a wire in the seat, dash and antennae, changing wiper blades, and removing excess transmission oil, in excess of $500."
