"I won’t be returning to this establishment anytime soon. Drove out of my way to purchase a wing and shrimp combo, and what I received was a box of fried little pieces of meat that wasn’t even cooked or edible to eat. Paid $16 just to throw it in the trash. They will never get my business again. Very disappointed"
"I usually get good food from here but today I got the cat fish fillet and drove 20 min home to find out it’s undercooked and raw and I can tell the fries were old the ends were so hard. I called them to tell them and they said their policy is for me to bring it back to get a refund or new food. I told them it’s already late at night and not gonna drive back and if possible come another time within the week and they said no. It’s not my fault it’s undercooked so I didn’t eat and I lost out on my money. Like I said it’s usually good but their policy gotta change because it isn’t fair against the people who didn’t do nothing wrong and wasting time on top of it. Also asking for a tip through the drive thru is crazy. Not coming back here again"
