"Completely non-existent customer service. Will NOT return an email, phone call, or text to get back to you. I have been trying to get our order that we placed in August 2022. Did not receive in the timeframe committed or a reasonable delay. Would not cancel per our request to a lack of a reply or deliver order per her commitment. Then shipped 3 months after the committed date and will NOT call me back to refund the order. Unbelievable."

"I have been waiting months for someone to contact me about my candles and wax melts i ordered the candle came in broke and no wax melts at all ,,, I ordered directly through the owner and text her personally with no response very unhappy I would love a refund and will gladly return the broken candle"

"I helped sell candles for a fundraiser at my school and they were so loved by everyone that I felt compelled to write a review. When I delivered the candles I was able to smell a few of the scents, and they were just as great as Bath and Body Works, except less expensive. Everyone who ordered one was very happy with their candle. One of my friends who smelled one (midnight blue citrus) asked where he could get one. It was crazy how many people really loved them. I ordered the walk in the woods candle and it kind of smells like cologne but also not, and it’s such a perfect scent that I can’t really describe. I’m surprised that I had never heard of Crave before the fundraiser. Overall, I highly recommend Crave to everyone. As a bonus, it’s a small local business. :)"
