"Bought a used boarding ladder to use to get in a pontoon boat after swimming. My 60 pound foster daughter uses it the first time and the step breaks and slices her foot open. James wouldn't refund my money because it was a used ladder that we paid $70 for. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy since they don't stand behind anything they sell used or new. Too bad we can't give negative stars."
