"Went there to purchase a laptop for my special-needs brother, and since I don't know much about computers I was just standing there lost. Until Larry nicely approached us and offered his help. He walked us through which laptop would be a good fit for my brother's needs, he explained the simplicity yet reliability of the laptop. He was very sincere in his assistance and very caring! He recommended some extra items to purchase with the laptop for extra protection (since my brother is handicapped and he tends to click on random pop-ups). Overall... Larry was a wonderful person and very helpful! My complaints to you, Best buy, and your entire staff!"

"This review is more for Apple? I was sent to this location by an Apple customer service rep to have a simple iPhone repair done. When I arrived for my appointment I was informed that they didn't have the parts? Why is Best Buy booking appointments for repairs when they don't have the parts ? Complete waste of time. If Apple sends you to Best Buy call ahead. Apple is staffed by complete morons."

"The shop is big for all needs. However I spent around 10 minutes to find someone who can help me to choose what I needed. The girl that finally approached, seemed like a new person to Best Buy- she was not qualified enough and was charging me for another gadget. However, the prices are good and the quality is too."

"This is my favorite Best Buy location that I have been coming to for a few years. The store has a good layout and it's easy to find what you need (decent stock as well). Employees have always gone the extra mile for me, and recently I was exchanging out a phone for a different one - I was in and out in 5 minutes!"

"This is a good Best Buy, they have plenty of parking in front. Easy to pick up online orders. You can order to ship home as well or stop by the store to buy for either. They have a nice selection of appliances as well as TVs, home theater, computers such as Apple products , and Windows. They have cell phones, too, just in case. On this last visit, I had my remote start troubleshoot because it wasn't] working properly. The best buy at Harlem didn't want to do it because it was installed at this location. Andre did take a look at the vehicle and fix it. The other guy at the installation department wasn't helpful at all. Thanks to Andre, my vehicle got fixed."
