"Hancock always comes through for us. My husband drives for a living and yesterday hit something on the road , blew a tire, and bent a rim. Hancock was able to bend the dent out of the rim and get him a good used tire today at a fraction of what other places were trying to charge us. This isn't the first time they have helped us in a pinch, several years ago they replaced our transmisson for thousands less than other places quoted us. Despite the fact that we live in Lafayette, we make the trip to take them our vehicles because we know it will be done right at a great price. Thank you for being a mechanic we can trust!"
"Claimed to put a rebuilt engine in my boyfriends truck, thing literally broke down within 24 hours of picking it up, Hancock had to come pick him up. Within a year the engine is shot and the warranty he gave was garbage. Would give 0 stars if it was an option."
