"You should not have a cashier working by herself that doesn’t know how to run the register - I was very frustrated because my transaction was not done right & I feel bad about her being upset (I will be doing something to right that) but I think shame on management for not preparing her better or at least being there/training right until she is comfortable by herself"
"Definitely one of the best locations I have ever ran across. They always make sure everything is in stock and fresh, they are super friendly and have some of the cleanest bathrooms in town. 9th Street location in town needs to take notes. I have literally been filling up a fountain pop that starts to run out of syrup when the front register attendant here is this he immediately comes over and says just a moment and I will fix that for you without me even asking. Wish every gas station was like this one."
"I'm suspicious of their point of sale card reader after going there today. I tried tap to pay on 2 different cards and they got rejected. I had to insert my card to pay. I inspected it a bit to see if maybe it had been tampered with (I think the attendant thought I was crazy) but there was no obvious sign. They are getting better at hiding those these days, though. Regardless, my cards will be locked down tight after that."
"Kind of in an odd location. If it wasn't for a road sign you'd miss it. Lady behind counter was nice and greeted as I walked in. Place wasn't to busy, like 5 or 6 other customers came and went Bathrooms are unisex. Needed a little bit of attention but still decently clean. I'd give them 5 stars but no one went out of their way or nothing stood out as being great."
"What is going on with the family express on Klondike in the last couple of weeks tge store has gone down hill....floors and fountain pop machines are dirty...they cant stay in stock with the cups and lids...and started setting cigerettes in a basket and marking up the price, and saying on sale. No sale..i just wonder what happened...these stores are known for there cleanliness.....i dont know who got fired or left but they need to come back."
