"The online store at this location is the worst possible location ! Order the part you need and they send you something you did not order then it turns into a couple of weeks for the part ! It’s hard to get a hold of they don’t answer the phone and they don’t answer the emails.I called the store and they said this happens frequently at the online store ! Sounds like this has been a problem for a long time and not fixed yet !"

No updates on delay.” I used the number listed on the invoice to call: “Frustrated also with lack of customer service. Unable to talk with anyone. The listed phone number is just a looped telephone recording.” I reached a human immediately when I found the website and a different phone number. I was updated on the reason for delay and estimated shipping timeline."
