"Friendly staff, good food, but the place is dirty. The coke dispenser was nasty, and looked like it had not been cleaned in over a week. Also the tables were not cleaned. Fortunately we had a bunch of hand sanitizing wipes we could clean one off with. Not sure if I would eat here again."

"Love those sliders! Delicious little burgers, no matter which restaurant you visit. Consistent quality, no matter which branch you happen to be visiting. Unlike some other chains where it's hit or miss if it's going to be a good visit or not. Servers are always friendly and professional. Fries are always tasty, too. But you can't go wrong ordering a crave case. Terrific deal and you know there won't be any going to waste. There's no Castle where we live, so it's always a treat to find one on our travels. Thanks for always providing great service and serving up such delicious, quality food."
"Terrible food, service, and not worth your time or money!!! I ordered the number 14 with a soda, and it says on the menu the cost is 7.29 but what they charged me was 9.25. When I asked the manager (Mike) why the cost was higher and he told me that it stated on the outside menu that there is an additional charge for soda and that it states that in small writing so it wasn't his fault if I couldn't read the menu. I told him I would go read the menu and I would be back. I read it from top to bottom and it does not state that anywhere on the menu and I told him I wanted my money back and he just said ok and gave me a refund. Aside from being over charged, upon looking at my order I found out that they didn't even toast the bread and gave me only a half an order of the tater tots that was mixed with fish bites. They have teenage kids working that don't have any common sense or the ability to do the job their getting paid to do. Neither the manager or employees show any respect or responsibility for the service they should be providing, don't waste your time or money here!"
