"They really deserve to be shut down ! The young lady is really rude and stressed and needs to go on home! I remembered why I didn’t like this shop once I was out of their chair ! I got him and two cracked and broke in half after a couple of hours ! A full set and fell was 113 dollars !!! For what ? Now I tried to call Saturday no answer and have been calling for days and still no answer ! This place is pretty I’d the onlllllly complement I have to give them! Service is horrible and rude !!! Nails to big and over sized ! Never will I be back again ! And I waited over two hours"

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went here for a fill in and it was terrible. They filed my nails uneven and they were lumpy looking. But the worst part is they did the fill right over where my nails had lifted a little bit which resulted in me getting fungus on two of my fingernails. Also, while I was there I witnessed them being rude to their customers. They weren’t rude to me but you shouldn’t treat your customers as if they are bothering you by bringing their business and money to you. I’m so disgusted with this place. I don’t even know how they are still in business."

"TERRIBLE!! I came here to get an acrylic overlay while I was on spring break, the guy who did my nails filed my right pinky TOO MUCH even after I moved my hand from the pain, he put nail polish remover in the cut from the file, too. It’s been about 2 almost 3 hours since I’ve left and my finger is STILL throbbing from the pain. He even saw the cut and the blood and didn’t stop. He also overcharged, an acrylic overlay is $20, maybe $25 but I was charged $45 for this. My paint and nail chipped literally when I walked in the door. This is the worst and most unprofessional place ever."

"Not impressed with this visit. I came in with a friend and while she was serviced right away, I waited 20 minutes soaking in some luke warm water until finally I changed my mind. I requested a menu for prices and after pointing out a discrepancy, I was told "wrong! Menu too old." I decided to be a good patron and get my natural nails manicured with clear polish. $20.00. No problem. I asked for a eyebrow wax. $10.00. My friend got a pedicure/ manicure $50.00. Before leaving a patron came in with a complaint, and it loud and aggressive sounding. This ruined my positive vibe. Not sure what to think or feel. They can't control patrons, but they should improve the resolution process. Language is certain a barrier."
